Digitalization with valuable advice

Before its digital transformation, Cafés Delahaut used a lot of different tools to manage its business. As this situation was no longer sustainable, and above all a source of errors, François first conducted a market study to find the appropriate tool.

He identified many different tools, but THE solution that jumped out at him was Odoo. Then the choice of integrator was determined on the basis of advice, proactivity and expertise. This is how BHC was chosen.

CRM

It was essential for the company to have a tool which could manage the whole sales pipeline. Indeed, the coffees are delivered in 3 specific networks and in different regions. The CRM tool therefore makes it possible to qualify, allocate and manage each of the leads and commercial relationships efficiently. Time saving and integrated management.

Sales

Delahaut products are sold through various channels: retail stores, e-business, direct sales, etc. Moreover, as the range of products is quite wide (machines, delicatessen, etc.), we have supplied all the sales forces with a single tool for the administration and marketing of the products.

Subscriptions

 Willing to make people discover its exceptional coffees, the company leases coffee machines for various purposes. Odoo's subscription module was therefore the perfect answer to the management needs of this growing business. The module is also used for all the daily management of order renewals with the Horeca, for example.

Purchases

As the coffee is produced on site, the management of raw materials, suppliers and orders is an important matter for the company. The purchasing module offers the possibility of managing the entire flow of orders to suppliers. This module is strongly linked to stock management, allowing, for example, automatic orders once the stock threshold is reached..

Stock

Certainly the most important point for the company. Having an integrated stock management system that considers all the day-to-day factors. What are the sales in shops, in B2B, in B2C,... and what are the stock requirements for continuous production? In the food production sector, the concepts of traceability and management of stock rules integrated into Odoo were also attractive.
